We start with a 90-day foundation cycle this is non-negotiable because real results require building the data layer, testing creatives, and refining targeting. After the 90 days, we move to a rolling monthly agreement. No lock-ins. If we're not delivering, you shouldn't stay.

Second, we're D2C-only every framework we use was built for ecommerce, not adapted from a B2B playbook.
